While your main role will focus on sales and client acquisition, if you also have a talent for content writing crafting engaging emails, proposals, or social posts that will be a big advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and connect with potential clients for Mantra Digital’s services.
• Handle inquiries, pitch our services, and close projects.
• Manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Keep CRM and pipeline organized with lead activity updates.
• Support client projects with communication and strategy.
• (Preferred) Contribute content for outreach, proposals, or social posts to strengthen engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to flexible hours.
• (Preferred) Skill in content creation — writing emails, posts, or marketing copy.
• (Preferred) Contribute content for outreach, proposals, or social posts to strengthen engagement.

• Plan and run social media campaigns (organic + paid).
• Execute SEO tasks like keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Manage email campaigns — design, automation, and audience targeting.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the BD team to deliver client projects smoothly.
• (Preferred) Create graphics and social media creatives to support campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM/email tools.
• Good copywriting sense for captions and marketing content.
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• (Preferred) Skill in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• (Preferred) Contribute content for outreach, proposals, or social posts to strengthen engagement.

Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Web Researcher at Mantra Digital, LLC. The Web Researcher will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data from databases, utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn for research purposes.

We’re Looking For

• Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Experience with managing Databases
• Proficiency in utilizing Social Media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Information Technology
