Welcome to Mantra Digital, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES

We provide digital marketing, lead generation, web development, mobile and desktop app development, custom software solutions, and IT services. All services are provided based on mutual agreements with clients.

We do not reuse or resell any custom source code, designs, or components developed specifically for a client.
Any open APIs provided by clients will be used strictly for that client’s project and not reused across other client work.
All deliverables are uniquely created and are not based on prior completed projects for other clients.
After delivery, we offer a 30 to 60-day guarantee period during which any technical bugs or issues from our side will be resolved at no extra cost.
If a client requests changes or features not part of the original scope, or failed to provide clear instructions earlier, we reserve the right to quote additional charges.
For cybersecurity issues reported within 10 days of delivery, we will resolve them at no cost. After that, resolution support continues up to 30 days depending on the scope.
We are not responsible for app rejections or bans by Google Play or Apple App Store if related to content or platform-specific policies.

All services are provided based on mutual agreements with clients.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide clear instructions, communicate promptly, and review deliverables within agreed timelines.

3. DATA SOURCING & ETHICS

We only collect publicly available data from the internet. We do not access or use private, confidential, or restricted information. All data is ethically sourced.

4. DATA HANDLING & DELETION

Once data is delivered and approved by the client, we permanently delete all copies from our servers and systems. We do not retain any client data post-delivery.

5. COMPLIANCE

We strictly comply with the following regulations:

GDPR (EU Residents): We follow GDPR principles, including rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict personal data. We notify data breaches within 72 hours and delete all client data post-project unless otherwise agreed.

CCPA (California Residents): We support all CCPA rights and do not sell personal data. All data is provided directly by or on behalf of clients.

6. PAYMENT

Clients must pay according to agreed terms. Late or incomplete payments may result in delays or withheld deliverables.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights of the deliverables remain with the client upon full payment. We retain no ownership after transfer.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will still apply.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

This Privacy Policy describes how Mantra Digital, LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. DATA COLLECTION

We only collect publicly available data accessible online. We do not scrape protected or login-restricted content.

We do not access or collect any user data unless explicitly authorized by the client.
No analytics or trackers are added unless requested by the client.
APIs provided by the client are used solely for that client’s project.
All data used during development is securely handled and deleted post-delivery unless otherwise agreed.

2. USE OF DATA

Collected data is used only to fulfill project requirements. We do not use it for resale, marketing, or profiling.

3. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

We store data only until project completion and approval. After that, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

4. CLIENT DATA

Clients are responsible for handling any data we provide in accordance with applicable laws. We are not responsible for client misuse.

5. DATA RIGHTS

We honor all GDPR and CCPA rights, including:

Right to access
Right to correct
Right to delete
Right to restrict processing
